One piece from my recent project ' I was here 1.10 - 31.1.2020. Frauenau ' will be shown as part of a touring exhibition titled " Glass Works ". The exhibition includes historical, functional, and sculptural glass pieces from 3 regions ( Germany, Czech Republic, Denmark ).

'Close to Parallel ' - exhibition

" We would like to invite you to Diána Farkas and Anett Biliczki’s first duo exhibition “Close to Parallel“ at FISE Gallery. The title reflects on the shared background and unique approach of their art and design practice. Previously, both artists have worked with different silica materials for example plaster and ceramics, although their primary medium and connecting point is the material glass. Farkas will showcase from her ‘Lore’ porcelain vessel collection, as well as her newest wall reliefs. Copenhagen-based Biliczki exhibits her series “Last Winter”, which draws on nostalgic references to her reminiscence of the Hungarian winter landscape combined with Scandinavian minimalism.
The exhibition shows the diverse properties of glass and porcelain for instance translucency, fragility, and where the objects correspond to each other through materiality and the nuances of the color white – in a close to parallel manner.
The artists will be present during the opening reception.

' Young & Loving '

Very thankful to be included in the Young& Loving exhibition at S12 Gallery in Bergen, Norway.
"Young & Loving! 2019 - the invisible becomes visible
Young & Loving! Is a humorous translation of “young and promising”, pointing to the exhibition’s focus on newly graduated artists. An exploratory approach to glass as part of an artistic expression is a particular feature of the exhibition concept, which has been a yearly event in S12 since 2007.
This year’s artists are: Elmira Abolhasani (Iran / Portugal), Gaby Berger (Belgium), Anett Biliczki (Hungary / Denmark), María Renée Morales Lam (Guatemala/ Portugal),Tone Linghult (Sweden), Dan Mirer (US) and Galla Theodosis (France).
